Complete excavation, stormwater infrastructure relocation, and cast-in-place concrete foundation work for a rail-related structure, including coordination with PNR Railworks and adherence to Ontario regulations.

Mobilization & Prep
Crews and equipment mobilized; utilities scanned and foundation locations laid out; site cleaned upon completion.
Stormwater Relocation
Re-used and relocated catch basins, piping, and grates to connect to the existing system.
Excavation & Backfill
Asphalt removed; soil excavated, stockpiled, and backfilled; Granular A placed and compacted beneath rail foundations.
Structural Work & Concrete
Structural steel installed; footings, walls, and overhangs formed and poured with 30 MPa concrete; anchor bolts installed.
Track Grouting
1½” void formed and filled with Sikadur SPC epoxy grout after track leveling.
The outcome.
The project was executed with precision and in close coordination with PNR Railworks. All excavation, stormwater relocation, and concrete works were completed in compliance with engineering drawings and provincial regulations, ensuring a structurally sound and regulation-compliant foundation system.
